Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

 

- If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice.

 

- If your appointment is within 24 hours, please call Bebe at (415) 845-5615.

 

- No-shows will be charged for the service that was booked.

 

- If you have 3 or more no-shows and book an appointment using the online scheduler, it will automatically be cancelled. Clients with 3 or more no-shows are required to call the salon to book appointments and must pre-pay at the time of booking.
